Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! It is very tranquil, feels like the midst of the jungle. We had a Vila with private pool - amazingly beautiful. But we were often also the only people in the big pool. My son jumped from the stones into the water. Nobody complained that he was too loud or disturbing anyone. There were not so many kids there but we felt very welcome. The yoga area close to the river was also very beautiful and the instructor looked as if she came directly from a movie. We had a few caterpillars visit in the Vila. House keeping came in the middle of the night (10 pm) to take care of it. And we got each 1hour free massage because of the trouble. The spa is great as well!

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. SPA was amazing-one of the best SPA in Ubud What really stood out to me was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. From the check-in process to any questions we had during our stay, they made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall, I highly recommend The Lokha Ubud Resort, Villas & SPA for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is located in the middle of a jungle area - very good atmosphere and no traffic noise in the area! Hotel provides 2 hourly shuttle to and from ubud City centre, ride is about 20min. The walk to the City is also very nice (Ridge Walk) and there are many Cafés and nice Restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast has a plenty options for all favours, and the hotel offers free yoga Session twice a week (very very nice yoga instructor!). We stayed in a normal double room with jungle/garden view.

The room is very bright and clean. A lot of space to keep 2 big luggages, and the pool is very pretty surrounded by plantation. The service is incredible, everyone greet me by my name, very helpful and attentive. The treatment room in their spa is very beautiful and clean. We took the flower bath and in some place they will just put some flower petals but in here they really filled the tub with flowers, making me feel like a royal. The food is great although they can add some more healthy option, but it's just my preference.

During our stay, we had an unexpected medical emergency, and the team went above and beyond to help us. They arranged transport to the hospital, helped pack up our room, and even organized shipping our belongings to us afterward. We’re so grateful for their support. Highly recommend this hotel — not just for the comfort and amenities, but for the truly outstanding service.
